I hereby request Hernando County Building Division perform a walk-through visual inspection of the above residence and request an electrical release for the power company to connect power. In the event any life safety problems arise, I will be given a deficiency report listing items that must be corrected prior to releasing hookup to the power company. Items needing correction may require a licensed electrical contractor and an electrical permit. I understand this is a visual inspection only to ensure that all electrical devices are intact and does not guarantee the proper functioning of the electrical systems.
